Minimum Requirements...

Must be a qualified CA (SA) or equivalent
Must have a minumum of 5 years post articles experience
Minimum of 3 years management experience
Experience in mananging IT (advantageous)

Job Specification...
Full managerial control of Finance & IT
Responsible for the full day to day accounting and oversight function which included but is not limited to Debtors, Creditors, Cashbook, Cashflow, Statutory taxes (PAYE, Income tax, VAT), CIPC, STATS-SA etc.
Responsible for planning, directing and control over all of the Company’s Financial & Investment plans, policies, accounting practises and financial management reporting ect. including management/ cost accounting
Financial (IFRS) and management reporting to KAG on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis including internal reporting to the local and regional management team
Risk management and montioring adherence to Corporate Governance, Accounting and internal controls and compliance to statutory as well as internal processes and procedures
Performing analysis on and managing the reporting on the company’s annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and actual financial performance
Coordination and completion of the interim and final financial audits with the external auditors and preparation of all necessary Group auditing requirements in accoradance with IFRS and for local reporting
Mangement of staff through training and development and operational learning opportunities ie. talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, etc
Manage IT infrastructure, manage IT business initiatives and CAPEX allocation and expenditure
Travel to key customers from time to time within the Southern Africa region to adress queries and build relationships for mutual benefits
