MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION
To be the custodian of the reputation and image of the Group across three main relationship activities: investors, media and other stakeholders (public policy)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the company’s IR calendar, ad-hoc investment community and media announcements, including road shows and investor conferences.
- -Managing the Group’s other IR and PR reach-out, such as in- and outbound site visits
- Project manage the design, content generation, drafting key components, overall editing and timeous delivery of the group’s annual report.
- Drafting general, corporate and strategic collateral.
- Understanding and communicating the company’s financial metrics and performance to stakeholders.
- Engaging in corporate affairs- including internal communications as well as external communications with other stakeholders.
- Drafting interim and year end results presentations in ppt, with matching speeches, paid adverts and internal protocols and documents.
- Event management of results presentations
- Clearly articulating the group’s strategy and corporate messaging across relevant media, including social audience and website.
- Managing the group’s stakeholders engagement, including interactions with institutional and retail shareholders, financial and sector specific sell- and buy side analysts and media and external advisors.
- Monitoring perceptions of company and management with investors, analysts and media
- Liaise with sponsors and advisors re IR and Media activities and opportunities
- Understanding the current markets, in particular financial and telecoms.
- Participate in Board Committee meetings, as invited (Internal Risk and Compliance; SET)
- Support management on building reputation and at speaking engagements
- Represent the company as required
- Generate and edit Quarterly CEO Report to Board.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-Business/Financial Degree
-At least three years’ experience actually managing the financial reporting at a listed company, from results through to AGM
-Excellent advisory and communication skills at all levels.
-Excellent writing skills
-Significant experience in crisis management (as spokesperson ) and financial PR.
