Requirements
LLB degree or equivalent
• Admitted Attorney
• MBA (preferred)
• 10 years post qualification experience in an insurance and/ or financial services environment
(preferred)
• +5 years in a senior management position (preferred)
• Knowledge of the financial services, health, insurance and investment industry and applicable
regulatory requirements and legislations.

Responsibilities
Strategic management of dispute resolutions and limiting the business and reputational risk within
the risk management framework

Lead and direct the legal & compliance function within the segment in support of business
objectives;
• Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the financial management field in
order to optimise service offering and delivery
