Job Description:

Head up their Legal Department internationally and take ownership of ALL Legal functions.

No staff management.

Primary focus will be on contract management for their investment activities.

Project managing any litigation processes.

Find partners to assist within the various countries when it comes to any legal assistance.

Solid experience related to International Contract Law.

Actively involved in deal making and representing our client from a contract perspective to ensure the deals work.

Drafting all contracts.

Anything Legal – this person will be the go to individual.
