• Ensures the local definition of the respective Therapeutic Category product(s) strategy according to the local guidelines, by coordinating and analysing the markets / products data and by proposing quantitative and qualitative scenarios
• Is in charge for local products of the lifecycle strategy development
• Defines and proposes the right combination of product marketing and channel marketing: finds the right access to physicians, payers, patients with the right product mix
• Leads projects in order to define the action plan in coherence with the strategic objectives and in coordination with Medical, Regulatory affairs and other functions
• Ensures the operational implementation in coherence with the strategy: coordinates the operational projects, coordinates the allocation of promotional budget, controls the actions follow – up
• Ensures the cohesion of the different expertises to develop the potential of the products within Therapeutic Categories
• Lead a team of product managers, primarily in the alignment of Strategic Product Platforms, Brand Plans, core campaign materials for brands and best-in-class brand management
