To establish the company Brand as a leading lifestyle driven consumer finance brand in Southern Africa to support the achievement of customer and business growth targets. To support the growth of PLC/CBC/PLL/CBL programmes and company related products (Card, Loans & Insurance) through effective marketing communication and advertising campaigns to achieve customer and business growth targets. To support company internal communication and CSI initiatives.

Key performance areas:

• Timeous and effective delivering of all marketing campaigns for company products and CBC/PLC/PLL/CBL retail partners within specified budgets to achieve business growth targets
• Timeous and effective delivery of all marketing campaigns for the company brand (including - internal communications, Lifestyle magazine, Social media, PR, company e-platforms ie. website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, CSI support & Social committee support) within specified budgets to achieve business growth targets
• Clearly define, implement and manage internal customer, external customer & service provider relationships to efficiently and effectively deliver campaigns and achieve strategic business targets
• Formulate and implement consumer and annual research to establish a benchmark towards best practices and current industry trends
• The effective structure, management and performance of the Marketing team
• Manage the overall budget and spend for the Marketing department

Minimum requirements

• 5 years’ experience of Brand, Marketing Management & Marketing Communication Management experience
• Previously managed teams of marketing managers and specialists
• Understanding of retail and/or financial services environment advantageous
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
