Chief Operating Officer - Business Services Consultancy (Ethiopia)

To be a stellar COO, you must possess a combination of analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and grit. You must be highly driven and be a hands-on and results-oriented person. You will be responsible for ensuring top-notch operational delivery, high performance, driving growth, and building quality teams.

Minimum Requirements include:
• Preference – The ideal candidate will be from Business Services / Business Consulting background with strong Business Development skills, P&L, Team Management and Strategic Planning experience. (At least 10 years’ overall experience)
• Degree/National Diploma in Business / Management / Administration
• At least 3 - 4 years’ experience at senior management level
• 3+ years of high-achievement in an operations management role (or similar)
• Must be able to assume leadership role in a fast paced, team oriented environment dedicated to delighting the customer and achievement of growth goals.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.

Responsibilities include providing the leadership, new clients acquisition, business management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, business growth, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The position accomplishes this through a constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.
