Minimum Requirements essential for the position
• 6 years operations experience
• 2 years senior manager experience (must include managing a team of Call Centre Ops Managers)
• Must have Call Centre experience and must be able to provide evidence of driving a high performing environment
• Experience in Microsoft office with intermediate Excel

Advantageous Requirements essential for the position
• Experience in sales highly advantageous
