Our client a leader in the manufacturing industry are looking for the services of a high level head of procurement .The purpose of the job is source materials and services based on a well-considered procurement plan which takes into account optimal value and risk throughout the supply process.Facilitate procurement enablement and visibility through the deployment of suitable systems and processors.

Qualification & Experience:

Matriculation + Degree in Purchasing (CIPS preferred)

5 Year’s management experience which would cover some of the following areas: Supply Chain, Purchasing

Legal/ commercial knowledge

Develop and support Procurement Strategy

Develop and manage procurement systems

Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Design, measure and Improve KPI’s

Achieve and improve control and visibility of TOTAL COMPANY spend

Measure and mitigate risk relating to Procurement activities within the company

Ensure best overall value is procured
