Job Title: Head of Procurement
Company: Founded in 2002, specialist kitchen architects, offering locally designed and manufactured bespoke kitchens for a niche clientele.
Location: Bryanston
Salary: Market Related

Duties:
• To setup , run and manage the procurement department (hence the need for a qualification as I want it setup according to best practises , not how I would just think it should be setup)
• Run and Manage means the following
• Physically Sending orders to suppliers ( orders are generated from our technical department)
• Managing supplier lead times, returns, quality, prices etc
• Negotiation of pricing from time to time based on volumes
• Manage the receive / dispatch function of the stores and overall factory
• Check / Signoff on job costing reports , i.e all orders & costs relating to a particular job
• Any other function related to buying or internally controlling the stock of the business.

Qualifications:
• 4 + Years’ experience in procurement
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Procurement
• Database Management
• Inventory Management
• Financial Analysis
• Procurement
