Duties:
• Develop project plan
• Manage projects
• Facilitate project deployment
• Facilitate project closure
• Facilitate process improvement
• Ensure work allocation for the development team is allocated efficiently
• Ensure the Test team is allocated and deliver accordingly
• Gathers and presents appropriate metrics for the team and projects worked on
• Complete assigned projects
• Managed project from Inception to go Live
• Drives Projects that are allocated to them
• Ensures that Operations Planning are scheduled for delivery of the Projects assigned

Required Qualifications:
• Relevant Project Management certification, diploma or degree
Required Skills:
• 1 - 3 years project management experience within a software development environment
• Active experience in Software development
• Manages non-complex projects or manages sub-projects
• Understanding of the SDLC
• Leadership
