MINIMUM CRITERIA
? A completed marketing or related qualifications
? At least 4-5+ years’ experience in a marketing management or similar position
? Preferable if candidate has construction, property development and facilities management background

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
• Achieve group sales target
• Forge strategic alliances, joint ventures and/or buy out options with companies that are a good fit
• Oversee all major clients in conjunction with CEO
• Work with department managers and corporate staff to sales and marketing strategies/plans for the company.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Oversee sales team and all sales income and projections
• Implement business development strategies to drive new revenues across
• Development of long term relationships with decision makers
• Create and drive new revenue streams for the company
• Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials
• Develop effective marketing strategy including implementation while overseeing all marketing channels including website, printed material, promo’s, exhibition stands, etc.
• Create opportunities for company to branch into
• Approval of all sales while working closely with sales managers to maximise revenue
• Constantly review and refine ways for company to operate more cost effectively
• Oversee the full re-branding of company and development of our new website
• Presentation to board on all sales and business development opportunities (when required) Competitor Analysis (SWOT) – monthly report at sales meetings (Need to understand their strengths - what they are doing right; weaknesses – things we can learn from that they are doing wrong; opportunities - where there may be a gap in the market for company to exploit – and, threats to our market share/ clients)

• Provide policies, standards and guidelines for budgets
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets
