Must have Matric
Must have valid driver’s license
Minimum of ten years’ experience at managing a CL&D SALES Team.
Minimum of five years’ experience in senior CL environment.
Proven track record in leading a SALES teams: skill development – know how, tactics, techniques,
systems, processes, administration
Duties:
Develop, coordinate, manage, execute and be accountable for the CL&D SALES strategy in alignment
with the company’s strategic direction to increase market share and deliver the growth strategy of the
business taking cognisance of opportunities and market conditions.
Lead the CL&D Sales and Servicing function through coaching, developing and motivating
subordinates including follow-up of team and individual performance against targets and objectives
aligned with overall sales strategy.
Lead by example in achieving personal sales targets, which exclude RFQ’s, House Accounts, etc.
Increase confidence in and the reputation of the business in respect of any and all stakeholders,
driving brand awareness and loyalty.
Grow and maintain current business, identifying market opportunities and Hi Potential clients /
prospects and create and implement sales strategies to develop new business and achieve sales
targets and results.
Identify and prospect business growth opportunities ? complete sales cycle to ensure success!Provide and enhance business intelligence through the establishment and development of a network
with potential and existing customers or key accounts
