Work experience: 5-10 years in Sales and Team leading

Education: Degree in a business related or technical field such as Sales

Requirements:
•At least 5 years' experience in driving sales across all digital and offline channels. Focus on Retail
• Experience in driving a business’ growth with innovative demand generation and prospecting campaigns – Focus Start-up business
• Proven and successful experience managing a cross-functional sales team as both a player and a leader, being able to perform tasks and manage others to the successful completion of a project
• Proven and successful experience building and executing sales campaigns for a business in a highly competitive and complex business environment

• Growing the Sales department from scratch
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Sales training for teams
• Ensuring that GP targets are met Stock management
• Ensure that policies and procedures are followed Competitor analysis
• Increase profit and overall sales for the country Travel around the country to various dealerships and sub dealers
