KPA's:
1. Liaison with regulatory bodies
2. Ensure implementation, maintenance and evaluation of prescribed systems, policies and procedures
3. Arrange and chair prescribed Advisory Committee Meetings
4. Assist the Academic Manager with the registration of programs on HEQC (CHE)
5. Oversee the marking of assignments and exam scripts
6. Oversee the Moderation of assignments and exam scripts
7. Ensure implementation and compliance with HEQC (CHE) legislation, SETA and the FET landscape in general.
8. Consultation with external industry stakeholders to promote programs
9. Coordinate program development and the periodic review of programs
10. Implement and manage relevant school budgets
11. Coordinate staff development and training
12. Assist the Academic Manager as and when required.
13. Attend meetings as and when required

REQUIREMENTS:
Tertiary qualification in Business studies/similar. (Post grad qualification will be advantageous)
Experience lecturing business related subjects
Good understanding of relevant regulations and legislation
