What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the events sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Operational Planning
* Coordinate and oversee daily and weekly activities
* Ensure conference marketing, planning and execution is smooth
* Manage Budgets and a large volume of small payments
* Put process, procedures and structure into the business

Key Job Deliverables:

* Ensure Efficient and Smooth Running of Conferences
* Ensure vendor payments are made and tracked
* Setup structure in the business

Background work experience:

* 2 years Operations Management
* 2 years Running a Office or Operation
* 2 years Financial Oversight and Payments
* 2 years Setting up Structure and Processes
* Pref for Operations or Production Related Qualification
* Exceptional Operational Skills
* Experience running an office or an business operation
* Ensuring that daily and weekly tasks are executed
* Ensuring that a high volume of small vendor payments are tracked and made
* Putting processes, procedures and structure into place
* Advantageous: Specific experience in events and conferencing

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R350K to R540K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
