Head Receptionist / Night Auditor

Exclusive 5* Hotel Pretoria - Gauteng

2 - 3 years Hotel Front Office experience required.

Excellent Guest Relations skills required.

National Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar

qualification and drivers licence a distinct advantage.

Good communication skills, written and verbal

Computer literacy (Word and Excel)

Fidelio/Opera Essential

Ability to work accurately under pressure

Must be prepared to work shifts

Head Receptionist is responsible for the management of the entire front desk team during

a specific shift.

Night Auditor - Produces a Day End report using relevant systems and procedures.

Salary R 7000 - R 8 000 including company benefits.
