Supra Services is a cleaning company focusing on high level and window cleaning. They offer residential and commercial cleaning with a full rope access division. Supra Services is looking for a experienced individual to implement and regulate current health & safety management systems and other managerial functions in the company.

Responsibilities include:
• develop, implement & maintain safety standards and regulations in accordance with current H&S legislation and standards
• conduct regular site inspections
• management of cleaning teams and scheduling of projects
• engage with clients and negotiate solutions
• develop & implement SHE inductions, training and risk assessments
• general managerial tasks (e.g. recruitment of staff)
• health & safety audits.

Requirements: • minimum 5 years’ relevant experience • a relevant qualification in Safety Management • computer literacy • rope access experience will be advantageous • excellent interpersonal skills • managerial skills.
