CORPORATE HEALTH CARE CONSULTANT - #EE (Coloured, African or Indian candidate)
Specifications:
• Interact in professional manner with all clients (internal and external) in respect of new applications and amendments
• Updating databases / data capturing
• Answers customer inquiries and questions regarding medical scheme products, services and option changes
• Responds to the regular and routine member inquiries regarding claims, products and services of medical schemes
• Assisting walk-in clients with queries
• Assist with billings & billing information
• Assistance in administrative back-end related support services
• Visits to client sites
• Do presentations as and when required
• Attend Health Care Committee meetings, do minute taking, typing and distribution of agendas and minutes
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or School leaving ****@*****.*** level 4
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in the medical scheme industry
• Good communication skills in English
• Computer literate (Advanced level)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain good working relationships
• Have a tenacious, energetic and outgoing personality
• FAIS (RE5 & required credits) - will be an advantage
• Own transport – will be an advantage

Salary:
• R10 000 – R11 000 pm if they don’t have their RE or Credits
• If fully qualified we can negotiate
