Candidate with minimum 2 years Health Insurance Claims experience required to manage the entire workflow and keep within set turn-around times, for this leading Independent Financial Service Provider, based in Westville, KZN.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• FAIS credits on NQF Level 5 essential
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the Health Insurance environment essential
• Previous claims management experience essential
• Policy product and system knowledge essential
• Excellent communication, management and negotiation skills essential - Bilingual. Afrikaans & English essential

Responsibilities:
• Manage entire workflow and turn-around times
• Manage 2 Claims consultants
• Control claims for validation and irregularities
• Productivity statistics. Service levels and claims reports to brokers and management
• Risk and management control procedures
• Manage client expectations and resolve queries
• Compliance
• Monitor quality and productivity to implement actions on shortfalls and deviations
• Educate staff – perform regular information and training sessions
