What will you be responsible for?

• Contact potential customers to facilitate the prospect of new business.

• You will need to deliver on:

• Contact potential customers to facilitate the prospect of new business.

• Complete documentation as per departmental guidelines in order to meet client needs.

• Adhere to organizational best practice and legislative requirements.

• Communicate effective messages to prospective clients in order to generate leads.

• Support to drive the achievement of sales targets

• Engage in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreements.

• Drive and support effective teamwork within the department.

• Engage in appropriate training interventions to promote own professional development.

Experience and Qualifications

• Matric

• Minimum of 2 years relevant Sales Call Centre experience

• RE5 Qualification compulsory

• NQF5 Qualification would be an advantage
