Leading Company looking to appoint a Healthcare Representative Supervisor.
B. Dietetics or similar tertiary qualification essential.
Min. 5 years experience.
1-2 year supervisory experience will be an advantage.
Preference will be given to Pharmaceutical / CAM experience as well as tender / government exposure.
Responsibilities would include:
- Management of healthcare representatives
- Ensure representatives achieve detailing objectives, support and motivate them to deliver on service.
- Responsible for overseeing the tender sales function
- Ensure tender sales targets are met
- National travel
- Develop and implement strategies
- Manage spend budgets
- Territory optimisation
- Build and maintain customer, stakeholder and KOL relationships
- Conduct performance reviews
- Conduct field visits with reps
- Set monthly objectives
- Monthly and quarterly reporting
- Monitor the use of the point of sale system
- Arrange activities, events, CPD events, cycle meetings
- Calling on health care professionals
- Oversee tender sales (e.g. budget, forecasting, liaison)
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures

Basic Salary R26k to R35k (Neg. depending on experience), Travel Allowance R4000, Cellphone Allowance R500 and Company Petrol Card (depending on mileage).
