Our client requires:

Help Desk Administrator (RN7520) Johannesburg.

Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12).
2-3 years experience in the FMCG environment.

Ability to:

Work in a team
Extraction and preparation of ad hoc updates
Continuously maintain and update SS3 and Sigma database
Resolve SS3,Sigma,printers,label printers,PDT and data problems
Assist Comm Centre in receiving orders when necessary
Provide a friendly calm and helpful telephone service to retailers and operators
Log all retail systems calls on the Heat system
Assist in the change of ownership procedure at stores implement and maintain retail systems standards
