We are an Online Media and Marketing firm based in Woodmead, Johannesburg and we require a Help Desk Specialist to join our young dynamic Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. He/she will be required to respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. Own transport a must and you will be required to work shifts.

Key performance areas

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
• Walk customer through problem-solving process
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
• Gain feedback from customers
• Escalate queries to third party service providers

Skills / Qualifications

• Matric (Mathematics essential)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must have minimum 1 year work experience in a service role
• Candidates with a degree will be favoured
