ISP in Stellenbosch requires Helpdesk Agents!

Requirements for the position:
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Must be between the ages of 20 - 25 years
Must reside in Stellenbosch or immediate surroundings
Excellent communication skills - Verbal & written
Must be Computer Literate
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Own reliable transport
Previous experience at an ISP will be an added advantage

Duties:
Supplying clients with general information regarding the service & Responding on emails
Accurately screen incoming calls, redirecting calls and taking messages
Assist the support department - Helping clients with basic support queries and do basic troubleshooting.
Log tickets for all client queries and escalate as necessary.
