Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenbosch,
has a position available for a Helpdesk level 1 Operator.

Key Requirements:
• NQF Level 4 –Matric (Grade 12)
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
• A+ Computer Certificate (or similar qualification)
• 1 year call centre or customer service experience

Key Performance Competencies:
• Knowledge in Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, Networking and Internet Connectivity Mediums.
• Basic Finance / Accounting Experience
• Good communication Skills / Conflict Management
• Team Membership ability
• Personal Leadership / Ability to self motivate / Personal impact
• Organisational and Administrative Skills
• Prioritising and Multi-tasking Ability
