To provide outbound preventative maintenance support phone calls to venues
based on venue offline status in order to provide a better service to clients by identifying and resolving faults
and issues before the client is aware of the looming problem, thus minimising playback downtime.
Minimum
Grade 12
IT Certificate or Diploma
2 Years Experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Outbound phone support based on ME jobs opened by the help desk.
2) Solving issues telephonically to avoid unnecessary visits to site.
3) Preventative maintenance outbound support calls based on offline status.
4) To provide the best regional phone support possible using regional knowledge.
5) Regional relief where required, i.e. when field techs are on leave, sick, etc.
Working Conditions:
1) 95% office based.
2) 5% field assistance where required.
3) Own transport to work.
