Hotel School Diploma with further 5 years relevant fine dining restaurant management experience required.
Previous five star experience in a medium to large fine dining restaurant essential - Not family Restaurants Spur, Wimpy etc.
Strong management skills required.
Excellent Guest & Staff relations needed
Salary negotiable R40.000.00 - R45.000.00 CTC inclusive of housing and company benefits.
