Hotel School Diploma with minimum 8 years experience in a senior Hotel F/B Management role required.

Experience in large international & South African 5* Hotels required.

World Class F.B management experience is essential.

Management of vast volumes of F&B production, with a large staff complement.

F/B strategic planning with solid F.B financial management acumen.

Exceptional strong F/B & Banqueting management skills required.

Excellent Leadership abilities required, Lead by example.

Excellent Guest & Staff Relation skills essential.

Package approximately R 80,000 CTC per month, including housing and company benefits.
