Not fine dining but “ haute café” style environment

We are NOT seeking restaurant managers with a family restaurant background i.e Spur, wimpy etc.

Hotel School Diploma with further 4-5 years high quality and fine restaurant experience required.

Candidate with strong leadership abilities required.
Excellent Guest and Staff Relation skills.
Good organisational skills.
Lead by example.
Strong managerial capabilities.
