We are looking for a High Care Unit Manager for a client based in Mpumalanga, who has been exposed to High Care wards or had experience within Intensive Care Units.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about nursing and is able to manage in high pressured environments. The incumbent will be responsible for the Unit and staff members, as well as for continuous performance management.

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
• B.Cur / Diploma in Nursing
• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Administration
• Postgraduate Diploma in Critical Care advantageous
• Registered with SANC
• 2-5 years’ experience in a management role
• Prior experience within a private hospital preferred
