CHEF (HMR Manager) (EXPAT IN MOZAMBIQUE) Our client, operating in the retail sector, seeks to employ an HMR Manager / CHEF to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

5 YEARS experience in Fresh Food / Restaurant Environment with at least 3 years management experience

Matric / NQF 4 equivalent

Technical qualification in preparing and cooking food

Recognised Chef apprenticeship / Learnership
