Job Purpose:
• To manage and administer the institute's Financial Aid funds which includes funding from NSFAS, Public and Private sector donors

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• A Bachelors' degree in Finance, Business Studies or Administration with Accounting as a final year subject
• At least 5 years of relevant financial aid administration experience of which at least two years was in a supervisory/management capacity

Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities:
• Strategic and operational management of financial aid function
• Policy and user information guide development and implementation
• Financial Aid guidance and advice to internal and external third parties
• Financial Aid Administration
• Manage budget in respect of NSFAS Loans and Institute's Administrated Bursaries
• Awarding of bursaries and loans according to specific criteria
• Work-study Programme administration and management
• Financial Management and Reporting
• Human Resource management of section
• Internal & External liaison
