HOD Mining Operations Manager

Salary Expectancy to be between: R1 200 000 – R1 400 000-00 p/a

Please note the following minimum essential requirements:

• Diploma (NQF level 6) in Engineering
• B Eng / BTech Degree (NQF level 7) in Engineering
• Mine Manager’s certificate of competence
• Post Graduate qualification in MBA, MBL, MDP or ARM Management / Leadership equivalent
• Total of 8 years operational Mining Engineer, Mine Overseer of Learning Official experience
• A minimum of 5 years management experience in mining operations
• Surface mining experience will be an added advantage
• A valid driver’s licence
• Only RSA Citizens
• Appointment of successful applicants will be done in line with the Employment Equity plan of the mine
