HOD: UPGRADE PRODUCTION MANAGER – PANBULT:

Job Purpose:
To manage the Upgrade Department in order to achieve the operational objectives of budgeted quantities, quality and cost in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
B Comm in Production Management (NQF Level 6/7) or BSC Engineering
5 years Management experience in Production environmentReview plant performance on a daily basis and ensure Engineering problems are addressed. Continuing problems or critical issues should be highlighted and communicated to Engineering Manager
ISO 9001 Quality-
ISO14 001 Environmental-
OSHAS 18001 Risk- system and all associated policies and procedures.
Lead, develop and motivate team towards achieving operational objectives (24/7 operation with shifts).
Submit proposals for equipment major maintenance for the next budget year to the Engineering Manager by July month-end of each year.
Accountable for the management of process materials

SALARY PACKAGE
R50,000 + Bonus + Medical Aid + Provident Fund + 13th Cheques
