At least three years experience in an administrative job with references.
Training provided but previous experience in rentals will be highly advantageous.
The position is full time and requires a dynamic individual who is familiar with the Atlantic Seaboard area and lives in the area as the hours are flexible and require duties that may fall outside of regular office hours.
The candidate should work well under pressure, be meticulous with figures, be dynamic and self-motivated to increase business turnover and the overall portfolio of the company.
There is a fantastic commission structure awaiting the right candidate.
The applicant will need their own car, laptop and smartphone.

A smart personal presentation is crucial as one is constantly in front of clients.
