4 x External Work From Home Sales Staff Needed for client In Hyde Park

We are a large company based in Hyde Park (moving to Wynberg) , with branches in KZN, PE and Cape Town.

We are looking for experienced sales executives to add to our team. This is an EXTERNAL WORK FROM HOME selling position, where you would be required to make appointments and go and see top decision makers using laptop presentations. We have a Tele-Sales Team that will assist you in making appointments as a top up. This is a full time position where you could only be employed by us.

Our Sales staff earn between 30k - 50k commission per month excluding their basic packages.

Sales Staff earn a MONTHLY BASIC PACKAGE OF R10 000 PER MONTH and a petrol card with a monthly limit of R4000. We pay high Commission from the 1st sale.
Over and above that, we also pay R1000 Telephone allowance and R1000 for you to take out your own pension and Medical Aid.
The package offered is for you to have your own laptop, ADSL line package with unlimited calls, and 3G modem.

There are great incentives in place which are realistic and are achieved over and above the basic package.

* An individual R4000 Monthly Bonus Award
* Salesman of the Month award of R2 625 for new sales and for R1575 for overall sales award
* SALES YEAR END AWARDS of R100 000.

The orders you would sell would range between R32 900 to R 200 000 per order.

We pay 15% commission on new orders, but if you sell 4 new orders or more per month you earn 20% commission. . We pay commission from your 1ST order.

Clients who are signed up renew with us at a 55% - 70% renewal rate the following year, so you very soon, can build up a great portfolio of ongoing clients.

We pay 10% on renewals.
