MSP seeks to employ an experienced Hospital Business and Operations Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of private hospitals and clinics in the KwaZulu-Natal region. The role involves the provision of strategic operational leadership to the hospitals in the region, including the responsibility for functional and operational management, ensuring quality patient standards are adhered to and achieving optimum efficiency and profitability of all hospitals within the region. The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position: • Relevant Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Management/Admin • Proven EXCO and strategic management expertise in the private hospital environment • Extensive private hospital exposure, with strong knowledge of relevant legislations and operational needs • Own reliable transport and ability to travel extensively throughout the KZN region as well as nationally • Proven strategic management skills within the private health care industry Our client is happy to provide the successful incumbent with a relocation package should this be necessary, and are offering over the market related salary scale.
