* 5+ yrs as a Catering Manager in a 300+ patient hospital

What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the catering outsourcing sector. All duties would take place in this context.
* Manage Meal preparation of 700+ meals per day
* Manage stock, ordering, logistics etc...
* Ensure staff are motivated and perform well
* Meet customer SLA
* Manage meal delivery process to patients
* Ensure patient satisfaction e.g. no cold meals
* Financial management and ensuring that contract remains profitable

Key Job Deliverables:

* Deliver 700+ custom meals a day to hospital patients
* Meet financial profitability targets
* This is an outsourced operation. Keep customer very happy and meet SLAs.

Background work experience:

* 10+ yrs in Hospital Catering
* 5+ yrs as a Catering Manager in a 300+ patient hospital
* Catering or Hospitality Diploma (Wil specifics in bulk meal preparation)
* Hospital Catering for large scale 300+ patients
* Financial management of large scale kitchens or canteens
* Significant expertise in handling highly complex operations
* Exceptional people skills and Leadership Skills

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R 300K to R 384K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
