This post is based in MTHATA. Candidates must be willing to travel between Mthata and Queenstown. EE candidates only. A Degree/Diploma with experience in a service driven environment. Previous experience with unions is essential. You will be responsible for the delivery of the HR strategy and to optimize employee commitment, productivity by providing sound people management leadership and planning, policy/legislation etc. You will ensure the correct and effective recruitment and retention of staff, development of talent management, Ensure IR processes are adhere to, drive communication through MANCO, ensure employee wellness, guide, coach and mentor the effective facilitation of EE transformation.
