An established and successful company in the hospitality industry has a vacancy for a dynamic person / couple who can handle the entire management function of the business. It consists of a restaurant, conference facilities, a wedding venue that can accommodate 250 guests and guest rooms to accommodate 28 people.

The incumbent will be responsible for the continued profitable operational management of the business.

This includes among others:

• marketing of the various facilities by attending shows and indabas

• building relationships with local and national clients

• management of the restaurant

• management of the human resources component

• supervision and control of the physical infrastructure and gardens.

The ideal candidate for the position has good interpersonal and networking skills. Good business and negotiation skills are required.
