Looking for a Hospitality Manager for Lodge in the Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania

Experience:
At least 3 years Management Experience in a 5 star operation
Hospitality and Service Training Experience
Hospitality degree beneficial
Experience in the service industry especially in dealing with guests and staff
Previous experience in a five star operation

Duties include:
Support General Management in overall responsibility for the effect management and running of the Lodge
Assist General Manager in creating an environment where the standards are continuously met Ensure implementation and project management of the Lodge annual strategy
Overall Day to Day Management of the Lodge, including Camps and all the back of house departments
Support Assistant General Manager with Operational Equipment, Imports etc.
Overall responsibility for implementing service and hospitality training plan at lodge, including
Butler training
Housekeeping training
Any other service and hospitality training as needed

Assist in placing and monitoring of all lodge operational stock orders
Oversee and develop guest activities
Work directly with head of housekeeping, butlers, camp managers and Assistant General Manager to ensure Lodge and Service standards are maintained at all times
Daily meeting with Heads of Department to discuss the daily plan, including arrivals, departures, special requests, bush banqueting
Updating and ensuring the continuous presence on social media platforms.
Hosting all Agents and Media, large events (groups, weddings, wine cellar)
