Hospitality Manager

Our client is seeking to appoint a hospitality manager with exceptional planning and organisational skills to manage their multi operational business outlets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Strong business sense and financial acumen to implement financial controls to ensure profitability 2. To assist the marketing team to plan to grow all hospitality outlets
3. To monitor and manage service levels to ensure continued service excellence
4. To lead and manage the hospitality team which includes appointment, deployment, staff development, performance appraisals and retention.
5. To plan and control the day-to-day operations of the hospitality department including inventory, daily training, procurement, maintenance issues and staff scheduling
6. To plan, coordinate and execute events as per agreed company standards.
7. To ensure all costings are in line with company policy which includes the sourcing of contractors and suppliers 8. Determine and implement service excellence standards and monitor & evaluate outcome
9. Ensure compliance with all licensing, hygiene and health and safety regulations.

Minimum requirements:

A recognised 3-year hospitality qualification
At least 5-years’ experience in successfully managing a multi operational business unit
Experience in managing a team and running daily HOD meetings
Hospitality experience in the wine industry would be an advantage
Willing and able to work flexible working hours in line with hospitality industry practices, including weekends and public holidays
