Job Title: Training Manager
Hospitality Management Qualification
• Registered Constituent Assessor
• Registered Constituent Trainer
• Registered SDF with CATHSSETA
• Coaching or counselling qualification advantageous

At least 10 years training within a 5* environment across all departments of a hotel operations including F&B, Front Office & Housekeeping
• At least 3 – 4 years training experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Protel and EasiPos
• Knowledge of the Skills Development framework including NQF, SETA’s and NSF

To conduct training needs analysis within the business
• Implement training programmes to address skills and service gaps in F&B, Front Office and
Housekeeping
• Design and update manuals
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to arrange on-going product and system training e.g.
wine, liquor, EasiPos, Protel
• Coordinate and liaise with external training providers where necessary
• Where necessary to train and assess NQF aligned training programmes
