We are currently looking for a F&B Manager for a beautiful 5* Hotel in the heart of Hermanus

It is essential to have experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a restaurant or hotel environment in order to be considered for this position

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager with 5* Hotel experience

Previous experience in a 5 star hotel or similar environment, as a Food & Beverage Manager
Excellent food and beverage knowledge
Excellent communication, organisational and management skills
Must be well organised, strong in controls and administration of department
Ability to order, oversee and control beverage stock
Ability to contribute towards and maintain high standards within the restaurants and bar
Must be able to supervise a staff complement
Must be able to interact with guests, dealing with their requests, complaints and queries.
Knowledge of Micros/Easipos beneficial
Well groomed, friendly and presentable
Must be hard working, motivated and dedicated
Ability to work well under pressure
Must be a team player
Willing to work shifts – able to be flexible
Willing to constantly give on the job training
Preference will be given to male applicants
