4 * Hotel - Drakensberg - KZN.

3 years experience in a similar position in a 4 Star property.

A tertiary qualification at a hotel school or something similar will be strongly recommended.

Strong administrative and managerial skills required.

Excellent F/O computer skills required.

Experience in and knowledge of all policies and procedures related to Front Office management.

Must have sound knowledge of disciplinary policies and procedures.

Excellent Guest Relations skills required.

Excellent Staff Relations skills required.

Salary R 10 000 including accommodation and company benefits.
