A beautiful private game lodge of rolling hills and grassland savannahs, is seeking the abovementioned incumbent, whose long-term objective would be to build the reputation of the establishment to become nationally and internationally recognized as one of the finest on the market in the region. To do this, the short-term objectives would be to ensure that the Hotel maintains a competitive advantage over its competition by ensuring, effective marketing campaigns, quality service and constant innovation to improve productivity and profitability.

Requirements:
Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
Marketing or Tourism Management tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Minimum of 3years management and marketing experience within the hospitality industry
Computer literacy with full knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality
Exceptional Food and Beverage knowledge
Will be responsible for all functions related to marketing
Will be responsible for regular presentations, as well as project co-ordination
Must be creative to create great marketing ideas that are clear, concise, and easy to understand
Create effective and creative promotional events
Designing marketing campaigns
Coordinating and participating in promotional events
Effective communication management including electronic mail and between departments
Administration of indemnity forms, accounts, guest feedback, welcome notes, rooming lists, banking, stock sheets, etc.
Financial Management ability
A clear understanding of basic labour law and disciplinary procedures.
Understanding of housekeeping and maintenance procedures
Management of bookings
Staff Training and Staff management
Has to be a peoples person will have to ensure customer satisfaction
Excellent command English verbal and written and the ability to an Africa Language fluently
Applicant must be willing to relocate to the Hotel which is situated in Limpopo where single accommodation will be provided.
