General Manager required for 5 Star Boutique Hotel in Sandton.

THIS POSITION IS STRICTLY AFFIRMATIVE ACTION AND PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO BLACK CANDIDATES.

The Hotel caters mainly to affluent Black Business Leaders and Celebrities

Candidates must have previous work experience in Small Luxury Hotels as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager.

Will be responsible and accountable for all aspects related to the management of a Boutique Property.

Must have oustanding Guest Relations Skills

Must be service orientated

Must be able to maintain 5 Star standards in all areas of the property therefore must be fully au fait with rooms division and food and beverage.
