HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

Contract type: full time/permanent

Job description: responsible for coordinating and managing all services related to the hotel, such as catering, administration and accommodation. This position is mostly office-based, but requires at times to directly interact with customers and employees.


Responsibilities:
? Recruiting, training and supervising staff
? Employee Relationship Management
? Maintaining and overseeing financial records, budgets, statements, financial flow etc.
? Promoting and advertising the hotel on all platforms
? Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws

Required Qualifications:
? Hotel School Qualification
? Diploma in hotel management
? Relevant hotel management/hospitality diploma
? Sound experience of the full hotel operation
? Experience in a management position is advantages
