Hotel General Manager - Westville
Our client has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Hotel operator as General Manger for their hotel which combines the comfort and class of high end city hotels and vacation destinations. Both business travellers and families are thought of during the development of the property.
The GM should ensure optimum performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas (guest service, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control. Coordinates, directs and manages the staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company assuring 100% guest satisfaction.
Needed Skills and attributes:
Relevant Tertiary education
Experience as a Hotel General Manager in Africa (2+) years
Good track record of Financial performance and returns for owners
Ability to work remotely and drive results
Able to speak English fluently
